Employers, labor groups unite to oppose 40% tax on health benefits
The American Benefits Council and a diverse group of public and private sector employers, unions and other organizations have launched The Alliance to Fight the 40, a coalition to repeal the 40 percent tax on health benefits, the so-called "Cadillac tax."
